By Seng Leang was assigned by DNCP to join BirdLife International- Cambodia Program Office as Assistant Project Assistant for Lomphat st Wildlife Sanctuary project from 1December 2006. Leang graduate with Bachelor degree in Forest and Wildlife Science from Preak Leap National Institute of Agriculture. Before working with BirdLife, Leang worked as Technical Officer for Community’s Protected Area Development Office and conduct several researches about community forestry in Beung Yeak Lom Provincial Protected Area, Ream National Park, and Beung Per Wildlife Sanctuary. He also used to work for Mlub Baitong as Project Coordinator for project “Building constituency Nature Conservation in Kirirom National Park”. At present, Mr.By Seng Leang is promoted to serve as Chief of Communication and CPA Data Office of Research and Community PAs Develop Department of Administration for Nature Conservation and Protection.ment Department for the General.
