Ms Pham Thi Bich Hai joined the CEPF-RIT project as Finance Officer in early November 2008. Hai started her career as a project assistant in HiPT Group, a Vietnamese company specialising in IT, and became Investor Relations Manager three years ago after finishing her Masters Degree in Finance and Economics.
